Terms & Conditions

Cancellations & Refunds: All trips and events are non-refundable and non-transferable once booked, as Amy pays for everything upfront immediately.

Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is not included in the cost of the trip. It is highly recommended, so please obtain this individually if you wish to be covered.

Payments & Deposits: All trips and events require a non-refundable deposit or full payment to secure your spot. Payment plans may be in place and will be outlined in individual trip details. Full payment is required by the specified deadline.

Travel Coordination: All aspects of travel for each trip are managed by Amy’s Escapes, unless otherwise stated. Tickets and/or boarding passes will be shared when online check in opens, usually 24 hours before departure.

Community Guidelines: This is an opportunity to make friends and try new things, so please bring the positive energy! Treat everyone with kindness and respect.
