1. About the giveaway

This giveaway is organised by Amy’s Escapes (the “Promoter”). By entering this giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. The prize

One winner will receive one place on the Amy’s Escapes Thailand hosted trip taking place from 7–14 January 2027. The advertised value of the prize is £1,425. The prize includes: Seven nights’ accommodation in Thailand. Twin-share accommodation with another trip participant. Group transfers specifically included in the confirmed trip itinerary. A hosted Amy’s Escapes group travel experience. Entry to a Muay Thai boxing fight. An organised visit to an ethical elephant sanctuary. A Yona Beach Club experience. An organised island-hopping excursion. All included experiences are subject to the final confirmed itinerary, supplier availability, operational requirements and weather conditions. The prize is for one person only. It does not include a companion or an additional guest. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person or substituted for another Amy’s Escapes trip.

3. What is not included?

The following are not included in the prize: International flights to and from Thailand. Any domestic or connecting flights. Travel insurance. Passport, visa or other travel documentation costs. Meals and drinks unless specifically stated as included in the itinerary. Personal spending money. Optional activities or upgrades. Transfers outside those specified in the confirmed itinerary. Any other expenses not expressly listed in the prize inclusions. The winner is responsible for arranging and paying for their own flights and ensuring they have the necessary travel documents and permissions to enter Thailand.

4. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to women aged 18 or over at the time of entry. Entries are welcomed internationally, subject to applicable local laws. The winner must be available to travel from 7–14 January 2027. The winner must be able to meet the relevant passport, visa and entry requirements for Thailand. The Promoter, anyone directly involved in organising the giveaway, and their immediate household members are not eligible to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to request reasonable proof of age and identity from the winner.

5. How to enter

To submit a valid entry, participants must complete all of the following: 1. Follow Amy’s Escapes on TikTok. 2. Follow Amy’s Escapes on Instagram. 3. Like the official Thailand giveaway TikTok post. 4. Save the official Thailand giveaway TikTok post. 5. Comment on the giveaway post explaining why they would like to visit Thailand, or comment “THAILAND”. All five requirements must be completed for an entry to be valid. Only entries received before the closing date and time will be accepted. One standard entry is permitted per eligible person. Duplicate, automated, fraudulent or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified.

6. Giveaway period

The giveaway closes at 20:00 GMT on 26 November 2026. The winner will be announced on 27 November 2026 via Amy’s Escapes social media channels. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or not received because of technical issues.

7. Winner selection

One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the giveaway period. The selection will be conducted using a verifiably random selection process or under independent supervision. The Promoter will retain appropriate records of the selection process.

8. Contacting the winner

The winner will be contacted through the social media account used to enter. The winner must respond within 48 hours of being contacted. If the winner does not respond within this period, cannot be verified as eligible or is unable to travel on the advertised dates, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner using the same selection process. The Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact the selected winner. The winner may be asked to provide their first name and social media username for the public winner announcement. No further personal information will be published without permission.

9. Claiming the prize

Once the winner has accepted the prize, Amy’s Escapes will contact them to arrange the necessary trip details. The winner must: Confirm their acceptance of the prize. Provide the information reasonably required to arrange their place. Arrange and pay for their own international flights. Obtain appropriate travel insurance. Ensure their passport and travel documents meet Thailand’s entry requirements. Follow the booking and travel information supplied by Amy’s Escapes. The trip dates are fixed and cannot be changed.

10. Activities and itinerary changes

The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to provide all advertised inclusions. Some activities may be affected by weather, supplier availability, safety requirements or circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control. Where an advertised activity cannot take place, the Promoter will seek to arrange a reasonable alternative of comparable nature and value, where possible. The Promoter will communicate any material itinerary changes to the winner.

11. Cancellation or inability to travel

The winner is responsible for ensuring they can travel on the advertised dates. If the winner chooses not to travel, is unable to travel or fails to meet the necessary travel requirements, the prize may be forfeited and an alternative winner selected. If Amy’s Escapes is unable to deliver the trip, the Promoter will communicate with the winner and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

12. Personal information

Personal information collected from entrants will be used to administer the giveaway, verify entries, select and contact the winner and arrange delivery of the prize. The winner’s necessary travel information may be shared with relevant travel suppliers for the purpose of arranging the trip. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Amy’s Escapes privacy policy and applicable data protection legislation.

13. Social media disclaimer

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with TikTok or Instagram. By entering, participants acknowledge that TikTok and Instagram are not responsible for the administration of this giveaway.

14. General conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these terms, submits fraudulent information or attempts to manipulate the giveaway. The Promoter will not make changes to these terms once the giveaway has opened, except where required by law or genuinely unavoidable circumstances, and any necessary changes will be communicated clearly. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights participants have under applicable consumer law. These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, subject to any mandatory legal protections applicable to participants in their country of residence.
